Public Works
Project Overview
This project involved the construction of a new 54,480 square foot library and municipal complex designed as a central hub for community services. The development features a three-story library on the east side and a two-story municipal facility on the west, connected by a central lobby. The building incorporated precast concrete panels, metal canopies, and curtain wall façades. The municipal side housed administrative offices and shared departmental spaces with controlled public access. The library included a two-story book stack area with a mezzanine, administrative offices, and conference rooms. The third floor provided dedicated spaces for children, young adults, and teens.
