Moonachie Municipal Building

This project involved the complete design and construction of a new state-of-the-art Municipal Building that serves as a central hub for civic services and public safety operations. The ground floor provided approximately 13,550 square feet of space, featuring secured parking, a welcoming public lobby, and a fully equipped sally port to support law enforcement operations. The first floor included approximately 12,840 square feet dedicated to modern municipal offices, public service areas, a courtroom with supporting facilities, and a dedicated police department. The second floor housed utility and storage areas to support building systems and future operational needs.
