Project Overview
South Hall at Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ, underwent a major redevelopment to create a state-of-the-art academic facility supporting the college's STEM and nursing programs. The new 36,000 sq ft building features modern classrooms, advanced science labs, nursing simulation rooms, faculty offices, and collaborative student spaces designed to enhance learning and engagement. This project achieved a LEED Gold Rating, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmentally responsible design.
