The project involved the renovation of a historic 250,000 SF stadium, preserving its legacy while upgrading it for modern use. Scope included structural repairs, new locker rooms, restrooms, and concession areas, along with the addition of a 6,000 SF restaurant and a 6,000 SF exhibition building.
